Ingredients
- 1 KaterBake Beetroot Wrap
- Mango Chutney (30g)
- Spicy Couscous (20g)
- Finely Shredded Cos Lettuce (15g)
- Tagine Spiced Sautéed Lamb Strips (40g)
- Toasted Pine Nuts (5g)
- Pomegranate Seeds (10g)
- Greek Yoghurt (15g)
- Finely Chopped Mint Leaves (3g)
Method
1.
Spread the mango chutney evenly onto the wrap.
2.
Sprinkle over the couscous and add the lettuce.
3.
Layer the lamb strips along the centre of the wrap.
4.
Top with pine nuts, pomegranate seeds and yoghurt.
5.
Add a sprinkle of fresh mint to finish.
6.
Fold and serve!
