Our Recipe Builder automatically aggregates nutritional values, costs and allergy statements as you add ingredients, meaning all you have to worry about is making it taste great.
Ingredients
Choose from tens of thousands of branded products in the Erudus Data Pool, in addition to thousands of generic food ingredients from the Food Standards Agency. You can even add your own custom ingredients.
Servings & Costs
Identify each recipe’s profit margin at the click of a button. Simply add each product or ingredient’s purchase price, set the number of servings and Recipe Builder will automatically calculate both the total recipe and per serving cost.
Nutritional Data
You’ll access a comprehensive roll up of nutritional information for each recipe you create. Values are shown ‘Per Serving’ and ‘Per 100g’.
In addition to the front of pack reference intake information, Recipe Builder also provides extended back of pack nutritional data.
Allergen Information
With Recipe Builder you can instantly find allergen information for a single ingredient, or view the aggregated summary for the entire recipe.
Allergens are displayed using our standardised food allergy icons which represent the 14 major food allergens, in a colour coded traffic light system for instant recognition.
Allergen Management (Coming Soon)
Create a recipe in Recipe Builder, and you’ll be able to automatically generate a printable, rolled-up ingredient declaration in QUID (Quantitative Ingredient Declaration) format. You can even create an Allergen Matrix across your entire menu - showing at a glance which of the 14 major food allergens are present in the recipes. This includes options to customise possible cross-contamination risks.

Foodservice today is filled with special dietary requirements, so Recipe Builder automatically calculates whether your finished recipe is suitable for Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal or Kosher diets, and displays these prominently using the appropriate icon.

Each recipe you make will automatically generate a Recipe Card. They’re clear, concise and packed full of information:
