  • Granulated Sugar
  • Icing Sugar

Method

1.

Scoop Cookie Dough from pail and scale into 50g pucks.

2.

Roll into granulated sugar.

3.

Roll in icing sugar.

4.

Bake at 165°C for approx. 10-12 minutes, turning around halfway through to get an even bake.
