Erudus Appoints Head of Technical Services
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Garlick as our Head of Technical Services assuming the role as of the 1st March 2019.
Sue is an experienced Food Safety Consultant having worked for over 20 years in the food & beverages industry and is also a Fellow of The Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST).
Having worked in many roles in manufacturing and foodservice including Auditor, Quality Controller and Technical Manager, Sue has a proven track record in Food Science, HACCP, Food Safety, Foodservice Distribution, Food Labelling, Food Specification Databases, Food Safety Training, and Food Quality.
Sue brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience of working with businesses in achieving Salsa and BRC certification. A solid technical professional with Lead Auditor certification and very recently a Masters in Food Safety Management. Sue is now undertaking a Professional Doctorate in which allergen control will feature.
I was involved in the initial setup of Erudus some years ago, and since then I’ve seen it evolve and become widely adopted across the industry, I’m incredibly pleased that the opportunity arose to be once again involved. I’m looking forward to working with the Erudus team and its customers to strengthen its technical position and offering.
