Caterers, would you know what to do if one of your customers started having an allergic reaction?
Do you have all the correct procedures in place to manage cross-contamination in both the kitchen and your front of house?
As an owner of a food business, you want your customers to be comfortable, happy and enjoying themselves and the food you serve. But it goes beyond that – Caterers have a responsibility for the health and safety of their customers.
Here at Erudus we want to support you in that, to make sure you’re compliant with regulatory standards and keeping your customers happy. That’s why we’re excited to announce our upcoming online learning course, “Managing Allergens in Your Food Business”.
This interactive course will contain a range of modules, covering everything from what an allergy actually is, to utilising our upcoming Allergen Matrix feature across your menu. A combination of Interactive quizzes, end of module tests and best practice initiatives will ensure that by the end of the course, you and your staff members will be able to effectively and confidently enforce a clear strategy regarding allergens.
We’ll be Beta testing the course for added quality assurance, and will be rolling it out very soon.
Make sure to keep checking Erudus News for further information, or get in touch to register your interest – there will only be limited places on the course at any one time,
