Signing up for and managing your email subscriptions

The suite of Erudus emails are there to provide you with important information about Erudus, as well as providing help and inspiration for both the platform and the food industry in general.
So to make sure you’re not missing out, read on to find out the different newsletter options and how to manage subscriptions to them from your Erudus dashboard...
What are email subscriptions in Erudus?
The email subscriptions area allows you to fully customise which Erudus newsletters you are subscribed to, helping keep you up to date with the information that matters the most to you. Initially you will be signed up to Erudus News and the Erudus Data Pool Updates - as these are our flagship emails and will keep you well informed of what’s happening here at Erudus, but all emails can be opted in and out of as suits you. And we also have several other newsletters that will appeal to food industry enthusiasts and those wanting to get the most of Erudus alike...
What are the different Erudus emails I can subscribe to?
Our roster of emails are there to provide updates, information and inspiration to our users - depending on the newsletter type. Here’s a bit more about each one:
Erudus News
A round up of what’s been happening at Erudus - both on the platform and in the business. We cover new features to the system, upcoming changes, industry updates, legislation and guidance that Erudus can help you manage and comply with, plus Erudus tips and tricks and previews of red letter occasions like the Erudus User Forum.
This subscription also includes our Events newsletter - updating you on our frequent free webinars and other conferences and forums our users can attend. Find out what to expect here at our News page.
Data Pool Updates
Our monthly round-up of how many product specifications are now on Erudus, how many Manufacturers and Wholesalers are using the platform and which companies have joined or left us that month. See previous Data Pools here.

How do I manage my email subscriptions in Erudus?
Here’s your easy, step by step guide:
Step 1
Once logged into Erudus, select "My Erudus" - located at the top right of your Erudus dashboard.
Note: This screenshot shows a Manufacturer dashboard, but the My Erudus button is universal across all account types.

Step 2
Once "My Erudus" has been selected, you will be presented with the option for "Account settings". Simply select this to proceed.

Step 3
Once viewing the Account Settings page, you can scroll down to view "Email Preferences", which allows you to enable or disable which newsletters you do or don’t want to receive.

Do I need an Erudus login to sign up to Erudus emails?
No, anyone can sign up to receive Erudus emails - even if they are not an Erudus user, though some of the different newsletters are very specific to the Erudus platform,
At the bottom of every page on erudus.com (including this one) you will see a banner titled “Stay in the loop”, which allows you to select and sign up to the various Erudus emails.
