Erudus Knowledge Base just got an upgrade!

Knowledge Base, our easy to access support tool and oracle to all things Erudus just got bigger and better than ever…
Here’s everything you need to know about the new Knowledge Base:
What is Knowledge Base?
Knowledge Base is your online guide to all things Erudus - a digital user manual that provides easy and clear instructions for performing various functions and tasks, and helps our users make the most out of the platform and its tools.

What’s new with Knowledge Base?
The main thing is that we’ve restructured the landscape of Knowledge Base, making it simpler to navigate and allowing users to identify articles more easily.
Other new additions include:
- More content - our Support Team have identified the most frequently asked questions regarding Erudus, and we’ve made sure the answers are covered extensively in Knowledge Base, so our users can self-serve even more information and keep it handy in case they need it again.
- AI answers from the Help Beacon - you can now get the Help Beacon in Knowledge Base to do the work for you, simply ask it a question relating to Erudus and it will scour Knowledge Base for you and locate the answer.
And of course we’ll keep on adding content - any new feature or enhancement to Erudus will have a Knowledge Base article to support it, and we’ll continue to turn to user feedback to identify any other topics that need covering.

What prompted this upgrade to Knowledge Base?
As you may have noticed, Erudus as a platform is growing. We’ve got more and more Manufacturers uploading their products and ranges to be accessed by an ever-increasing number of Wholesalers and Caterers, and over the past few years we’ve added new features, attributes and enhancements to reflect their needs and feedback.
So naturally we felt that Knowledge Base, a great tool in offering support to Erudus customers, also deserved to be bigger and better and serve its purpose more effectively than ever before.
How do you access Knowledge Base?
It’s easy to access Knowledge Base and you don’t need an Erudus login to do so. Simply visit https://knowledgebase.erudus.com.
