Cool Chile Ltd
Back in 1993, Dodie Miller founded Cool Chile Co with a single goal in mind: to import a wide variety of the best dried chillies direct from Mexico, and to provide the UK with a whole new range of flavours for real Mexican cooking. From humble beginnings in Portobello Market, the business has now expanded to also include a range of salsas, sauces and pastes, faithfully made using traditional Mexican recipes and and from Mexican ingredients wherever possible.

The Real Condiment Co Ltd
The Real Condiment Co story started with mayonnaise. The brand began selling their homemade mayo to local restaurants back in 1986, and has since gone on to win a Gold Award at The Great Taste Awards and expand to a range of sauces, mustards, salad dressings and bespoke products for a wide range of other farm shops, delis and eateries. The still family-run business uses the best locally sourced ingredients, including free-range golden-yolk eggs, and produces in small batches.

Trethowan's Dairy Ltd
Handmade from raw (unpasteurised) milk using traditional methods, ingredients and recipes, every batch of Pitchfork Cheddar and Gorwydd Caerphilly from Trethowan’s Dairy reflects the change of the seasons, and has taken time to make and mature. For over 25 years, cheese making brothers Todd and Maugan, have been creating these small batch, award-winning traditional cheeses with the help of a small team from their dairy in North Somerset.
