Chuanglee Ltd
With core values in family and partnership, over 40 years Chuanglees has grown from a 1 van enterprise to a successful restaurant supplier, servicing over 300 establishments across London and the wider UK. Import specialists in East Asian cuisine (initially Thai and now also Chinese , Malaysian and Vietnamese) the family-run business stocks thousands of products, making them perfectly placed to make recommendations to suit their customers’ individual needs.

Cottage Delight
Founded in 1974, Cottage Delight still reside at their original home in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands, where - using artisan methods - they now create jams, marmalades, sauces and more in addition to the handmade butter fudge that made them famous. With a range of over 200 products, Cottage Delight are big supporters of independent trade and local retailers, and source green packaging with low or no impact to protect our environment, including recyclable glass.

Downton Distillery
Named for Downton, one of the oldest villages in England, Downton Distillery handcraft all their spirits, meticulously following recipes they've developed, tested, and perfected, incorporating locally or ethically sourced ingredients and diluting them with their own natural spring water from the downs. Those in the company see themselves as modern time explorers, open and curious about the world around us, embodying a lifestyle that goes with each gin rather than just creating it.

Emma's Country Cakes Ltd
All of the cakes from Emma’s Country Cakes are made the old-fashioned way - by hand, using the best ingredients (free range eggs, no artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives) and to the exacting standards of founder Emma Davies. Davies started the business in her home in 1992, and due to demand it has since grown a large and diverse customer base that includes major high street stores, large national chains, online retailers and small independent shops.

Littlepod Ltd
LittlePod was launched in 2010 with a "real vanilla" campaign, to educate consumers and encourage vanilla farmers to keep producing real vanilla thereby helping to regenerate the fragile rainforests. Their high quality, cost-effective products - including the signature innovative vanilla paste - come in everything from handy to industrial size and are used widely across the UK and international food sectors. Additionally, they sell their own single-estate vanilla pods directly from the LittlePod orchard.

Sea Dragon Limited

The Patchwork Traditional Food Company
Established in 1982 by home-cook Margaret Carter, The Patchwork Traditional Food Company began supplying pâtés to pubs in Llangollen, and now boasts a purpose-equipped factory in the heart of Ruthin - though the range is still hand-made in small batches to founder Margaret’s original recipes. Taking pride in the artistry of their creations, Patchwork explores a wide variety of flavours, infused with over 25 different types of alcohol, and their products add a gourmet touch to everything from a a sophisticated dinner party to a cosy night in.
