HITS Expo 2024 - The Highlights

And right off the bat we’d like to thank everyone involved - the organisers, the competition competitors and all of the attendees.

All of these people made it possible for us to experience some great food, learn more about the industry in our beloved local area and make some impressive new connections.

We were especially thrilled to sponsor the inter-college competition, and we can say with confidence that when it comes to chefs, the future is bright for the Northeast.

Erudus's Stephen Pemberton says “Aside from [us] being there to support the whole event, I enjoyed watching the skills the young chefs showed on both days - the food they created was exceptional and also the buzz on day 2 in particular was great.

A lot of the colleges came to support the competitors and it was great to be in the room soaking up the atmosphere. From an Erudus point of view it was great to work and engage with the colleges and young chefs, and hopefully they’ll choose to use Erudus further on in their careers.”
