This time we’re looking at one of Erudus’s simplest but most important functions – using the Allergen and Nutritional Data Search.
What’s so special about the Erudus Allergen and Nutritional Data Search?
Caterers: This function is not only helpful for planning your menus, but it means you’ll have an instant and accurate reference for all of its allergen and nutritional content, to be used by you and your employees.
You can search using any product’s name, barcode or Wholesaler product code.
You’ll then be presented with a clear guide to the reference intake of the products, a full ingredients declaration in QUID format and full nutrition information – as well as allergen information in an easy-to-read traffic light system, and suitability for different dietary needs. Information is provided directly from the Manufacturer, who will update any changes to the product on our system – meaning it’s as accurate as possible.
