Well, you’re in the right place – this new series will guide you through the most effective ways of using Erudus.
All Erudus users, whether you’re a Manufacturer, Wholesaler or Caterer, can benefit from today’s installment – we’re focusing on Knowledge Base itself, and its in-app sister function, the Erudus Beacon.
What is the Erudus Beacon?
You’ll find the Erudus Beacon in the bottom right hand corner of your Erudus screen – a blue question mark that should be your first port of call if you’ve got a question about Erudus and its features.
Simply click on it, and it’ll automatically pull up a list of guides and processes relating to the page that you’re on… for example, if you’re on the Welcome page you’ll see guides to navigating your way around the user dashboard.
You can also use it to search Knowledge Base for articles on specific processes or topics, which brings us to…
Knowledge Base
In the simplest terms, Knowledge Base is the Erudus user manual – a place where you can learn everything you’ll conceivably ever need to know about using Erudus, all in little bite size, digestible chunks.
There are guides and articles on everything from adding custom ingredients to Recipe Builder to managing your Erudus email subscription.
And it’s all organised by User Type, so whether you’re a Manufacturer, Wholesaler or Caterer it’s easy to find what’s useful and relevant to you.
