The brand was founded on a desire to innovate, using local ingredients and time-honoured methods to create carefully infused small-batch Balsamic Vinegar. With a sustainable and ethically made range, the Armagh, Northern Ireland-based business now boasts Great British and Irish Food Awards wins.

All products are made in a state of the art BRC accredited facility, and packed to customer requirements.
