Alain Milliat
Offering 34 flavours of juices, nectars and concentrates, Alain Milliat prioritises French producers, with half the fruit they use grown within 100km of their workshop in the Drôme region. Their tasting juices are made from fresh fruit, and without added water or sugar, and the tasting nectars from a balanced blend of fruit pulp, water, and sugar.

Baboo Gelato Ltd
Award-winning, Great Taste Producer Baboo Gelato was set up in 2015 by Annie Hanbury, a trained gelatiere, and each batch of their artisanal gelato is crafted from scratch on their premises in Rampisham, Dorset. The brand uses only organic milk, sourced from Holy Cow in North Perrott, Somerset, or Glebe Farm's British oat milk, plus meticulously selected local ingredients.

Operating since 1970, Carlisele-based Bells Fishmongers’s selection of fish and game is all sourced and delivered to them within 24 (domestic) to 36 (continental) hours of being caught - with their prime location allowing them to pick and choose their large range from markets in both Scotland and England.
