Erudus User Forum June 2025: Agenda revealed!

We're delighted to share our top-level agenda for the upcoming Public Sector Catering-themed Erudus User Forum.

On Thursday, the 12th of June, the Erudus forum returns for 2025, this time at the beautiful Eastwood Hall, Nottingham.

Attendees are in for some great sessions and amazing guest speakers, kicking off the day at 10:00 am, the Erudus team will be framing the theme by providing a light touch on ‘The Independent Review into Public Sector Food Procurement’, ‘The NHS Review of Hospital Food’, ‘Government Buying Standards for Food and Catering Services’ (GBSF) and DEFRA’s 2022 Consultation into ‘Public sector food and catering policy for England’.

From there, we’ll be sharing insight on how this is changing the data requirements and data ask for our Wholesale and Manufacturer Users of Erudus.

The day aims to raise awareness and understanding of the challenges Public Sector Caterers face, the direction in which it’s headed and the ‘disconnect’ between Caterers' requirements and that of the Manufacturers' legal responsibilities. We’ll be highlighting the drivers behind the increase in requests for additional data and product information. As well as sharing what Erudus has implemented and is planning to implement to help support Users and the wider industry at each level of the Supply Chain.

We’ve got some expert guest speakers lined up who will be sharing their knowledge and insights throughout the day, and we’ll be announcing them over the coming weeks.

The Erudus Team will share all the usual updates, including Erudus Data Pool, Platform Updates, and we will address the long-awaited API and more.

As always, lunch will be provided and we’ll end the day with a Q&A and an opportunity to network with your industry peers or talk to one of the Erudus team who’s in attendance.

If any of our guests are stopping overnight at the Eastwood Hall and would like to join the Erudus Team for dinner the night before the Forum, please reach out, we’d love for you to join us.
