Erudus User Forum July 2026: Last call!
There’s now just 2 weeks to go until the Erudus User Forum, which is happening 7th July in Nottingham, and whilst most of the spots have filled up, we’ve still got a couple of tickets left. Here’s why you should snap one up!
Last year’s User Forum was a great success, in which Philip Shelley (former National Chair of the Hospital Catering Association) shared the requirements of Public Sector Catering. Afterwards, we were able to use both that and the feedback from our users to develop some exciting new features and additions to Erudus that help make life easier for those in Public Sector Catering.
This year we plan to go even bigger and better on both the gathering feedback from our users front, and the subsequent development of tools to help them.
With that in mind, here's everything you need to know about the Erudus User Forum 2026...
Who is hosting the event?
A formidable Erudus team, including representatives from the Technical, Development and New Business departments, led by MD Jon Shayler will be your hosts. Harriet Gowers, Iain Maddison, Wendy Duncan will all be onsite and ready to speak with you, as well as lead dev Tim Hyde, who will be explaining all about the introduction of Carbon Impact Scoring to Erudus specifications, with the help of our guest speaker Tom Holden, Chief Product Officer of Mondra, our partners in this venture.
What’s on the agenda?
We’ll be swiftly moving through a packed bill which includes the likes of:
- How we’re bringing carbon impact scoring to Erudus, and the foodservice industry
- A deep drive feedback session where attendees can share their thoughts on Erudus, their system pain points, suggestions and ideas
- Details of our new tender-matching tool
- A new analytics tool coming to Erudus
- The removal of legacy specs from the Erudus Data Pool
- The Erudus HFSS calculator and its importance going forward

Who is the Erudus User Forum for?
This forum is for all types of Erudus users - Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Integration Partners who access our Data Pool via API. We’ll be covering subjects that affect everyone and offering help and advice for all user categories.

The Erudus User Forum will take place on Tuesday 7th July 2026.
