We’re pleased to announce the launch of the Erudus User Forum. Commencing today, we have opened a public Slack channel for anyone interested in shaping the future of Erudus.
What is the User Forum?
The user forum allows for any/all users to gain direct access to our team (Support, Technical and Development teams) to ask questions, provide feedback, request new features and more.
We’ve kicked off with a handful of channels which users can get involved with and contribute towards:
General Chat #general-chat – A home for questions and answers, either answered by other users or one of the Erudus team members.
Meetings #meetings – For those looking to be involved in the ‘User Steering Committees’, this channel will give you access to information on upcoming meeting dates, agendas and slide decks.
Release Notes #release-notes – As we release new features across the Erudus solutions we’ll be sure to post about them here so that you can keep up to date on all the latest changes.
Sneak Peek #sneak-peak – As the channel name suggests, this is the place to be if you want a sneak peek at what we’re working on!
What is Slack?
Slack is an online collaboration hub where teams of people can work together to get things done. It’s free to use, easy to get started and you’ll have mastered the navigation within minutes.
How do I register?
If you wish to join please contact our support team via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0333 121 89 99.
We look forward to welcoming you to the user forum, see you in slack!
