Erudus & Mondra: Environmental impact scoring comes to Erudus specifications - 16th September

In the food industry there is a growing demand throughout the supply chain to understand the environmental impact a product has when it is produced.
And as a market leading source of accurate allergy, nutritional and technical product data, it’s important to us that Erudus contains all the information our customers want to see.
With that in mind, we announced back in July at our User Forum that Erudus is teaming up with Mondra to bring environmental impact scoring to Erudus specifications.
Launch will begin on 7th September, and to help users get to grips with it we’re putting on a webinar explaining everything you need to know on the 16th September. The webinar will be hosted by Erudus Product Manager Andrew and Mondra Account Director Sophie, and will cover:
- An introduction to Mondra - specialists in food and drink environmental impact assessment, and our partner in bringing environmental impact scoring to Erudus specifications
- The growing importance of environmental impact scoring in the food industry
- Carbon-data requests Manufacturers are likely to receive from retailers and foodservice customers
- How Mondra calculate a product’s impact score
- How this score will appear on Erudus specifications and what it means
- Further steps - how Manufacturers who want a more accurate footprint for their products can engage Mondra directly to supply additional information.
And of course there’ll be time at the end for Andrew and Sophie to answer any questions you might have.
