Erudus Allergen Statement

Communicating important information in the Allergen statement field

Manufacturers – in the current food industry landscape it’s not only best practice to communicate if any of your products contain one or more of the 14 major allergens, it’s also the law.

That’s why on Erudus we have an Allergen statement field in every product specification. This statement is an opportunity for you to communicate any “May Contain”, “Produced In” or “Free From” statements that you wish to communicate to your customers that go beyond a simple “Yes” or “No” declaration.

Knowledge Base can provide you with an example of how best to word and lay out this information.
