Role Overview

As a Business Administrator at Erudus, you'll play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating with the Wholesale Account Management team to enhance the alignment of products on our Data Platform with those offered by our Wholesaler customers. You'll be accountable for:

  • Preparing Wholesaler range files using Microsoft Excel (XLS and CSV).
  • Uploading and consistently updating range files for over 160 Wholesalers.
  • Managing exceptions in range file outputs.
  • Communicating outcomes of range matching exercises to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Manufacturer customers to add missing products to our Data Pool.
  • Engaging with Wholesaler customers weekly, sharing new product matches, and obtaining authorisation for further actions.
  • Assisting the Wholesaler Account Management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and data import/export activities.

Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with a strong inclination towards customer service, along with robust analytical and process-driven skills. A positive attitude, a drive to make a meaningful impact, and hands-on problem-solving capabilities are essential. Previous experience of working with Microsoft Excel is advantageous but not mandatory, as we are focused on candidates who possess a willingness to learn and contribute.
