Role Overview

The Business Administrator will take ownership of day to day ‘Product Range Matching & Administration’. This means working closely with the Wholesale Account Management team to increase the number of product matches in our Data Platform with those sold by our Wholesaler customer base.

The Business Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparation of Wholesaler range file in Microsoft Excel (XLS and CSV)
  • Initial upload of range file and ongoing re-uploading for 160+ Wholesalers
  • Exception handling of range file outputs
  • Communicating with internal and external parties to report the results of the range matching exercise
  • Liaising with Manufacturer customers requesting missing products be added to our Data Pool
  • Liaising with Wholesaler customers on a weekly basis and reporting new product matches and seeking authorisation to proceed the product match.
  • Supporting the Wholesaler Account Management function with ad-hoc administration and data import/export exercises.

Requirements

The successful candidate will show enthusiasm and passion for helping our customers, and demonstrate strong analytical and process driven skills. A positive attitude and an appetite to make a positive difference to the company.

Whilst any experience in a similar field will be welcomed, as an entry level position the most important criteria for applicants is a desire to learn, a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach to the role. Full training will be provided so that the successful candidate can develop their skills and career as part of the dedicated Erudus team.
